The First Tee of Greater Wilmington recently attended The First Tee National Convention as it celebrated its 20th anniversary in Orlando, FL. The First Tee of Greater Wilmington’s Randy Hofer, Executive Director, and Craig Sandstrum, Director of Programming, were both recognized for their tremendous efforts.

The Master Executives have completed the Recognized Executive program and taken the knowledge and experience they’ve accumulated to either mentor another chapter in a specific and defined area or to create a project that is replicable and accessible to the entire Network. This is the first class of Master Executives in The First Tee network.

Craig Sandstrum earns The First Tee Coach award
